My experience as a Technical Writing Intern at Ritza

I’m still working here so in the meantime, here’s a list of things I’ve worked on and contributed to:

Release

• Updated and wrote new documentation

Enterprise Bot

• Worked on a framework for evaluating LLMs

• Also wrote a couple articles

• And benchmarked different AI Agent providers.

Sentry

• Wrote some help guides

Coherence

• Made this cool example app using Django and Postgres and then wrote guides on setting it up using Coherence.

• Learnt a ton about Docker and using GCP and AWS to run kubernetes clusters.
